Kali’s Cannabutter

The base for almost all cannabis edibles.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsalted butter

• 1 cup water

• 7–10 grams decarboxylated cannabis

  
  

  Instructions:

Step 1: Melt butter and water in a saucepan on low heat.

Step 2: Add decarboxylated cannabis.

Step 3: Simmer on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Step 4: Strain through cheesecloth.

*Store in the fridge (up to 2 weeks).

Kali’s No-Bake Cannabis Energy Balls

Great for microdosing and quick snacking.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup oats or granola

• ½ cup peanut butter

• ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

• 2 tbsp cannabutter

• ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruit

  
  

  Instructions:

Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2: Chill for 10–15 mins.

Step 3: Roll into bite-sized balls.

*Refrigerate or freeze.

Kali Bars

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of dark or milk chocolate chips

• 1 cup of creamy peanut butter or your favorite nut butter

• 6-7 of cups Chex cereal

• 1-2 of cups powdered sugar (to your desire)

• THC or CBD tincture of choice (amount depends on your personal preference)

Instructions:

Step 1: Bring water to a low boil on your stove and set a thick glass bowl on top of it. This will prevent any burning.

Step 2: Add the chocolate chips, peanut butter and CBD or THC tincture to the glass bowl. Stir together until the mix is completely smooth.

Step 3: Add half of the cereal into a large bowl and pour about half of the chocolate and peanut butter mix over the cereal. Stir all together until the cereal is coated with the mix.

Step 4: Add the rest of the chocolate and peanut butter mix and the cereal.

Step 5: Stir mix until cereal is evenly coated.

Step 6: Leave the ingredients to sit and cool but do not let it completely harden.

Step 7: Once cooled, add the powdered sugar and stir again until fully coated.

*Optional Step: Place it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes so it will cool down faster.
